It is with great pleasure that I write this recommendation for Abhishek Mohite. I have been Abhishek’s immediate supervisor for almost a year. I have found him to be a pleasant, generous person who is never afraid to take on a challenging task. He has been one of our most dedicated employees.
Abhishek was highly dependable and independent. I could assign work to him and count on it being completed without too much involvement required on my part. I was informed regularly by him on issues and possible risks to the tasks. He conscientiously put in the time required to complete his tasks.
His work was well thought out and well planned. He has delivered some work faster than the expected time and has regularly delivered on time. I can vouch for his dedication to work. The quality of his work was always acceptable and sometimes was better than expected. He has worked a team manager under me managing the day to day technical activities of 4 employees under him. He also has worked as the analyst and technical designer for most of the activities. Along with that he has himself worked as the Java developer on certain assignments. The quality of his work was always up to the mark.
He was research oriented and goal oriented at the same time. He had an attitude to complete tasks. He also took on any challenges that came his way and was highly dependable. His technical competency was always more than acceptable. He showed good leadership skills and at the same he always was a good team player.
Additionally he has a great attitude towards life and has a great sense of humor and is very friendly. He shared a good rapport and had great camaraderie with the rest of the team. Our team here always operated in a fun and jovial atmosphere and he was a great fit. I would love to have him on my team any time.
Out of my 18 years of experience in IT industry I have worked in US for almost 8 years mainly with Dell Computer Corporation. And with that background I feel that Abhishek will be a great fit for any work environment, particularly so in US. You will not regret selecting him.
